Deer Creek Retreat sits about 20 miles from Yosemite’s South Entrance on Highway 41—close enough for a full park day without an early scramble out of town.
Some seasons require timed entry reservations. Check the National Park Service before you leave, pack flexibility into the day, and you’ll still have room for dinner back in Oakhurst.
